Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree with minimum 5 years managerial experience in Marketing
- Keen attention to details, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, business acumen, and self-motivate
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese  

Job Accountabilities

- To plan and execute acquisition or retention strategies for customers, including areas of advertising, relationship marketing, public relations, and sales promotion
- To identify marketing opportunities by recognizing customer requirements and needs and monitoring the competition
- To direct marketing research for market forecasting
- To monitor and regulate the efficient use of marketing budgets to meet business goals
- To identify segment opportunities and tailor made programs to cross sell the products and services
