Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

u  Degree / Higher Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

u  Minimum 8 years relevant experience, preferably gained from a main contractor

u  Responsible for Tender Preparation, Cost Estimation and Contractual Claims

u  Proactive, well-organized, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure

u  Good commend of written and spoken English and Chinese

u  Computer literacy

u  Must be self-motivated, initiative and work independently

u  Practical site experience is necessary, with excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills

u  Working experience in fit-out works is an advantage

u  Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Quantity Surveyor

u  Immediate availability is an advantage

u  Station in Macau
