職位描述：
1、明確企業網站發展方向及產品結構；全面負責網站系統的技術方向研究和總體規劃；
2、帶領技術團隊構架、研發、設計，完成網站整體搭建及產品開發；
參與專案開發，進行網站升級工作；
4、指導技術團隊學習、交流，並不斷提升整體團隊技術水準；
任職要求：
1、本科及以上學歷，兩年以上互聯網行業背景；
2、一年以上網站技術運營和人員管理經驗，有獨立帶領技術團隊開發網站的成功案例；
3、熟練各種Web開發技術：熟悉Php或JavaScript、XML等腳本語言編程，精通Mysql、MSSQL資料庫；
4、具有超強的編程能力，專案開發和管理經驗豐富，能良好地掌握開發速度；
5、具有良好的規範化、標準化的代碼編寫習慣；
6、為人誠信，工作主動，有責任心，良好的團隊精神和人際關係，以及創業精神。
