Responsibilities: - To organize different English programmes for kindergarten clients
- To co-ordinate activities among other subsidiaries
- To communicate with kindergarten principals, parents, colleagues, native English teachers and teaching assistants
- To visit schools and follow up our programmes
- To monitor and ensure overall service quality and efficiency of the programme
- To develop and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- To handle enquiries from potential clients
- To assist in various business development projects
Requirements: - Diploma holder or above
- Good command of English
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and result oriented
- Able to work well, both independently, and as part of a team with positive working attitude
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Passionate about quality education and English teaching
- Experienced in Education Industry would be an advantage
