工作職責 - 負責監督餐廳日常營運及成本控制，確保分店營運順暢
- 管理及培訓員工，帶領餐廳團隊提供優質服務及達到營運指標
- 主動瞭解顧客和所在社區的需求
- 指導夥伴有效提升顧客服務質素，以確保夥伴為顧客營造並維持良好的“星巴克體驗＂
入職要求 - DSE或以上程度
- 5年或以上零售或餐飲營運管理經驗
- 主動積極，具團隊合作精神
- 良好溝通技巧, 簡單英語溝通
- 較少經驗者可考慮為分店副經理
工時及福利 - 全職每天工作8.5小時，每週5.5工作天，輪班，輪休
- 月薪可達$24,000
