Responsibilities: Provide full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits including payroll calculation Provide data entry to the system; response to verify and monitor the data, transition and report Responsible for payroll processing and calculation Participate in maintain HR system & maintain system functions in appropriate Assist in ad hoc project when required
Requirements: Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline Must over 3 years’ solid experience in recruitment & C&B functions including payroll, final payment and financial reports etc. (preferably gained in sizable organization) Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related ordinance Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, capable to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines with good time management Strong numeric sense with high accuracy and efficiency Proficient computer literacy, including HR system (preferably IPL system), MS Powerpoint,MS Excel with Vlookup and pivot table is must Good interpersonal skills & a team player with positive & progressive work attitude Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus Can perform well under tight deadline & able to work independently Immediately available is preferred
