工作職責：- 處理顧客日常查詢和跟進;
- 在前台接待顧客及協助登記程序;
- 確保顧客滿意服務質素及接待流程;
- 協助收銀處日常運作;
- 支援醫療團隊。
* 逸苗醫療集團會提供在職培訓*
職位要求：- HKCEE/ DSE 以上程度;
- 能操良好普通話;
- 具1-2年顧客服務、醫療、飲食經驗者可獲優先考慮;
- 具良好溝通技巧、待人有禮、熱情主動、對客戶服務有熱誠;
- 輪班工作 (不需通宵值班)。
底薪 + 表現獎金 + 獎金 = 可達20K或以上薪酬
良好進升機會 (薪酬為可高達數目)
診所營運主任 > HK$50,000

資深客戶服務主任 >HK$30,000

客戶服務主任: HK$20,000 ~ 25,000 |
