Responsibilities

l Supervise subordinates to carry out installation/ modernization work on lifts and escalators

l Plan and organize all site works with both internal and external parties able to meet contractual obligations

l Participate in site meeting and joint inspections with customers and other related parties

l Review, approve and initiate appropriate action on site work, time ticket, overtime, material acquisition and so forth

l Work close with project team to monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site

l Control and monitor field cost

l Ensure all construction activities are complied with company's quality system and ISO 9001 standard and ISO 14000 standard

l Keep abreast with local regulation to ensure that field practices are in line with codes requirement

Requirements

l F.5 or above / Holder of diploma / certificate or above in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Building Service Engineering

l At least 5 years practical experiencein onsite management (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Supervisor/ Foreman)

l Experience in installation & maintenance of lifts and escalators is a big advantage

l Registered lift worker or holder with valid lift/escalator license is an advantage

l Self-motivated, detail-attentiveand Independent, good communication

· 有建造業工作經驗者優先, 須持有安全綠咭

· 電梯安裝/維修經驗者優先

· 持有升降機 / 自動梯工程人員註冊證者優先

· 具註冊升降機及自動梯工程人員資格及學徒畢業證書者更佳

· 勤力、細心、能獨立工作有責任心及良好溝通技巧
