WHAT YOU WILL DO工作內容

  • Oversee all Front of House tasks are properly completed according to company standards

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Culinary teams in preparing all promotions and coordination of marketing plans, tactics, activities, creative content to drive customer loyalty

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to guest complaints tactfully and professionally

  • Maintain quality control for all food & beverage served and hygiene standards for the venue

  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the guest experience
    分析員工表現以提升客人滿意度
  • Ensures equipment and systems are always in good working condition
    確保設備,用具,系統等維持良好狀況
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
    培訓新入職員工及在職員工
  • Allocate manpower according to operational needs as needed, adjust schedules accordingly
    協助調配人力資源
  • Take responsibility for Guest Experience and other ad-hoc task as required

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 職位要求

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Management or Hospitality Management is ideal
    持有商業管理/ 酒店管理或其他相關學歷
  • 3-5 years or above of working experience in Food and Beverage industry and at least 2 years at managerial level
    至少三至五年年飲食業相關經驗並有最少兩年管理經驗
  • Must have knowledge and experience of cost control, sourcing and inventory management
    具成本控制,採購及庫存管理知道
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    具領導能力及良好人際關係技巧
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication & problem solving skills
    服務為本,良好溝通技巧及解決問題能力
  • Excellent operational management or business development skill sets
    具營運管理及商業發展技能等
  • Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
    具開業經驗者優先
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
    流利中英文溝通能力
  • Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    熟悉使用Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
