職責
- 核對及輸入員工出勤紀錄
- 負責處理人事記錄 (計算假期)
- 協助人力資源工作(如計算出勤及薪酬等)
- 文件存檔
- 製作報表及分析
- 處理一般人事工作
- (包括安排面試, 揀選申請人安排約見, 為獲聘之申請人準備及講解工作合約)
- • 協助實施人力資源和行政政策和程序
入職要求
- 文憑/證書 或以上程度
- 熟悉僱傭條例和其他相關法律
- 具責任感、細心及良好人際溝通技巧
- 能操流利廣東話、適度英文及普通話
- 懂電腦操作及中文輸入法 (倉頡/速成)
- 具1年經驗人力資源或行政經驗或以上
