工作內容：
- 提供優質的客戶服務
- 處理客戶預約
- 處理客戶來電查詢及致電客人跟進情況
工作要求：
- HKCEE / DSE或以上程度
- 具客戶服務或熱線工作經驗優先
- ★ 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
- ★ 沒有經驗的候選人也將被考慮
- 能操流利廣東話，一般英語及國語
- 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧，積極主動，能獨立工作及解決問題
- 具有基本電腦操作知識 (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words)及懂中英文打字
待遇 :
- 上班時間: 上午9時至下午6時，每週工作5天至5.5天
- 星期六(長短週): 上午9時至下午1時
- 星期日及公眾假期休息
★ 年終雙糧
★ 每月基本薪金: HKD 14,800起(視乎經驗)
★ 工作地點 : 葵涌
