執行及統籌社會房屋計劃活動，如工作坊、小組或講座等，服務對象包括兒童及青少年、家庭與長者；負責個案處理：包括審批申請、個案後跟進及輔導等；撰寫活動計劃書及進度報告；協助社會房屋項目發展及相關之行政工作。
入職要求：
- 持認可社工文憑或以上學歷的註冊社工；或
- 大專或以上學歷，主修輔導、心理學或社會科學相關科目；
- 具兒童、家庭輔導、長者或精神健康之相關工作經驗者優先；
- 具有一年或以上相關工作經驗；
- 良好中英文書寫和溝通能力；
- 具獨立工作能力、主動及富責任感。
