Our client is a leading provider in system integration and document management solution in Hong Kong and Macau. They are urgently looking for a high-calibre individual to join their company.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise a group of service staff & teams to provide day-to-day document reproduction, print room and mailroom services in customer sites
- Managing operations processes to ensure contracts deliver agreed outcomes for both the customer and company
- Ensuring that commitments to customers in SLAs are met
- Communicate with customers regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and seek areas for improvement
- Assist in validating the operational aspects of solutions offered to customers
- Assist in the implementation phase of a new contract
- Establish an effective business relationship with customer contact representatives
- Setting the strategic direction and developing the management framework for delivery of operational services at customer sites
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above
- 5-7 years experience in industry-related operations management, preferred in copying, printing and mailing industry
- Experience in supervising service staff is a must
- Possess strong IT knowledge with MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
- Commitment towards quality and process improvement
- Analytical approach to problem solving and process improvement
- Self-motivated, strong service minded and able to work independently
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
