Responsibilities:

• To identify and develop sales strategies to capitalize business opportunity, in order to increase sales, market expansion, increase profitability and optimize expenses
• To plan annual sales budget, formulate and execute sales plans achieving company’s business objective
• To drive sales performance and lead the sales team to achieve targets in terms of sales and profitability

Requirements:

• Tertiary or above
• Minimum 5 years solid fine jewellery sales experience at managerial level in middle to high-end products.
• Strong in strategic planning, organizing and with good leadership and management skills to motivate team members
• Proactive in developing wholesale business and with strong drive to achieve targets
• Fluent in English is essential
• Valid international driving license will be advantage
