Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries by phone or face to face
- Follow up order, exchanging orders
- Handle business and order enquiries from customers
- Responsible for Order and Shipment flow, including order entry and maintenance, shipment process, customer claims & return and refund
- Act as a gatekeeper of valid order information, right price, product and margin according to internal approval

Requirements:

• F.5 standard or above
• At least one year of working experience in customer service areas
• Pleasant, patient, Mature, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Competent in using Excel and knowledge of Chinese word processing is an advantage
• Spoken & Written fluent Cantonese & Good Written in English (English must be passed in HKCEE)

Salary:

• $35-$50 per hour

 Working hours:

• 2pm- 8pm (Mon.- Sat.), 4-6 hours per day.
