職位要求:

Our client is one of the leading global providers of insurance and reinsurance with operations in more than 50 countries around the world. They are currently looking for an experienced professional to manage their Macau office. 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle all office administration work in Macau office.
  • Ensure the company complies with Macau local government Acts and Ordinances.
  • Prepare policies for approval with AMCM and obtaining that approval meeting with other AMCM requirements such as forming guidelines.
  • Represent the company at official meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Perform underwriting tasks within the written authority
  • Liaise with the Finance department in Hong Kong office for daily deposit and bills issues
  • Handle global account issues and local international brokers
    Maintain motor third party bordereau
  • Prepare copy of incoming government and legal documents and forward to Hong Kong office
  • Perform any work related job duties assigned from Hong Kong office.


 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Tertiary educated
  • Solid experience in underwriting/marketing proficiency in Macau general insurance market
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Strong computer skills including Lotus, E-Mail, WordPerfect and new software as it applies to the sales, underwriting and claims function.
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated, result-oriented and flexible
  • Able to manage the office under minimum supervision
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English and preferably Mandarin and Portuguese, both verbal and written.
