主要職責：
維護學校溫馨快樂的學習氛圍, 為學員制定學習計劃, 引導和幫助學員適應最有效的學習方法並達到他們的目標 ; 保持與顧客的良好溝通與聯繫, 維護學員滿意度 ; 與課程銷售顧問合作推動內部收入, 包括課程延期、續報和學員推薦
入職要求：- 中六或以上學歷
- 基礎至中級英語程度要求
- 優良溝通技巧，流利廣東話
- 有熱誠於客戶服務範疇發展事業
- 有1-2年客戶服務或酒店業經驗者優先
- 以客為尊、細心、有耐性、有禮貌及勤奮
- 能適應多元國籍的工作環境及有團隊精神
- 良好電腦技巧 (MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Browser)
