Position Requirement:

A             System Analyst

The incumbent will be responsible for software development and system deployment of systems involving Customer Relationship Management and Facility Management. He/she must be proficient in system analysis and fluent with the operations of guest membership, club service packages and consumption. He/she will formulate and build business rules, establish database schemas/structures, and develop software modules and executable assemblies starting from inception design. He/she will directly carry out software coding and maintenance including system deployment, setting-up, user training and maintenance.

 

Requirements:

Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Engineering or IT related disciplines

Proficient in system analysis and business rules

Fluent with the software programming coding technique of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or above

Familiar with building, configuring and fine-tuning professional database management system Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and above

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Customer Management System (CRM) and Facility Management System (FM)

5-year experience in client-server application developments

 

B             Analyst programmer

The incumbent will be responsible for the hand-on creation and building of software development projects of Customer Relationship Management and Facility Management. He/she will complete various systems for in-house operation and customer-end Web/mobile applications related to guest membership management, club service packages, facility booking, facility utilization reports, regular bills/statements, POS, inventory, communications and etc. He/she will directly carry out software coding and maintenance including system deployment, setting-up, user training and maintenance.

 

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above in Computer Engineering or IT related disciplines

Proficient in software programming coding technique of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or above

Familiar with programming techniques of data-driven management systems, e.g. CRM and FM

3-year experience in client-server coding technique
