工作職責：
協助處理公司各種租賃管理和相關事宜；
監督及跟進租務工作，並匯報租務工作進度； 處理相關物業之租約或業權之糾紛及訴訟； 處理有關租賃查詢，租賃談判和租賃更新的事宜； 處理一般物業管理文書工作 需要間中戶外工作 職位要求：
中七或以上程度； 3年或以上有關工作經驗； 熟識租務條例，土地管理相關之司法程序； 積極有禮，有良好談判能力，擅於與人溝通，有誠信與高尚的職業道德； 具有或熟悉房地產五大行招商運營管理或者同等工作經歷者優先； 多年大型商场招商或营销管理经验，或連鎖店業预開发工作经验优先考虑； 具有市场调研、品牌收集及筛选能力； 具有商鋪租賃經驗者優先； 良好中英文書寫及語言能力； 持有香港駕駛執照優先； |
