A renowned fashion group is seeking a high caliber Store Manager to drive retail sales growth in Macau.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise 3-4 retail staff to provide excellent service to customers and to achieve sales target
- Coach retail sales staff to establish close relationship with customers
- Manage daily sales reports
- Provide excellent service to walk-in customers
- Ensure sufficient inventory and carry out stock count periodically to ensure accuracy
- Assist the marketing staff to implement activities at retail level
- Collect customers' feedback and make analysis
Job Requirements
- Macau ID holder
- University graduates in any discipline with minimum 3 years relevant
retail experience in luxury goods retail industry
- Diploma holder in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in retail industry in selling high-end fashion
- Knowledge of coaching junior staff to deliver company service standard
- Ability to motivate staff to achieve company sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, staff and co-workers
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Excellent presentation skill and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese
