Position Requirement:

Responsibilities:

-          Responsible to manage the daily schedule of General Manager, including assist follow up daily operation tasks, handle related document to form new company in Hong Kong and China, handle related document after establishment and the operation flow of logistics and risk control(Need to work in China).

-          Responsible to handle all legal document (including China) and insurance issue under ordinance.  Able to give legal advice for the company and handle all related issue of contract. Assist to audit all company policy, related document of corporate disclosure, reporting of legal consult for logistics and corporate co-operation.  Able to do the risk control according to the new ordinance of out bound in Taiwan etc.

-          Ad hoc projects as necessary assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

-          Degree holder or above

-          Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 3 years related experience

-          Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English

-          Proficiency in Chinese and English written skill

-          Good interpersonal and communication skills

-          Able to handle special tasks independently

-          Proficiency in MS Office Application(MS Word, Excel)

-          Travel to PRC office occasionally

 

Working location : Yuen Long (Warehouse) & China

總經理助理

職責:

-         負責總經理日程管理;協助跟進總經理關注事項,處理香港及離岸公司成立文件,公司成立後維護文件及物流及風險控制運作流程(需往國內工作)

-         處理公司法律事務(包括國內)並能法定及監管保險事項,為公司管理提供法律咨詢及合約賠償問題,協助審核公司規章制度以及相關信息披露文件,物流法律顧問報告及處理合作,依據新出台的法律法規控制合規風險等。

-         其他主管委派之工作。

 

入職要求:

-          大學程度或以上;

-          5年經驗,並最少3年相關工作經驗;

-          良好粵語、普通話、英語;

-          良好讀寫中文及英文能力;

-          良好人際關係及溝通技巧;

-          能獨當一面處理特別任務;

-          熟悉 MS OFFICE(MS Word, Excel)

-          需往返國內工作。

 

工作地點 :  元朗(物流倉庫)及國內
