店務主管（月薪連津貼可達21K） 工作範圍 - 負責管理店舖日常營運及店內行政工作
- 安排店舖人手及編制更表
- 負責店內收銀、結算及處理每日銷售單據
- 負責管理店內貨存，包括貨品上落架，店舖陳列及貨品盤點等
- 協助管理層計劃、制訂及執行市場策略及銷售目標，並帶領團隊達成指標
- 向新入職店員安排培訓及指導，及定時檢討及評核他們的工作表現
- 每月7天起例假；每天工作9小時；需輪班工作
入職要求 - 文憑或以上程度
- 三年或以上健康產品行業銷售經驗及最少一年或以上擔任店長職務經驗
- 操流利廣東話、懂國語及英語
- 熟悉香港及內地的健康產品市場及顧客喜好
- 熟悉零售POS系統操作，具備良好店舖管理技巧及人事管理
- 具領導才能、策略性思維及良好執行能力
