| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - To assist in organizing the Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit (GIES) and related programmes, supporting and liaising with concerned committees and groups as necessary.
- To be responsible for the logistic arrangements for meetings, trainings and functions.
- To assist in planning and implementing programmes.
- To be responsible for administrative, accounting and clerical support to the team.
Requirements: - Diploma holder or above.
- With LCCI Level 2 (intermediate) certificate or diploma holder in Accounting will be an advantage.
- 1-2 years related work experience preferable.
- Good communication & writing skills, both in English and Chinese.
- Detail-minded, good team player and able to work independently under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS office applications including Chinese input method.
- Actual experience in FlexSystem accounting software will be an advantage.
